24x12 apex reverse roofed summerhouse in our tanalised 19mm T&G.
The summerhouse is 24ft wide at the front where the doors are and 12ft deep.
The roof has a 2ft canopy making the roof 14ft.
This summer house has our upgraded 4x2 cls framework in the roof which is required because of the 12ft span.
A standard height of 7ft 8" to the top of the apex and 6ft 6" to the eaves. This is our upgraded extra height option and is a requirement because of the height of the pvc doors.
The summerhouse has a 1980 high x 1600 wide pvc double glazed door and x4 600 x 1500 opening pvc double glazed windows (50/50 split).
the summerhouse also has an internal partition to make separate area with a single PVC patio door 1980 high x 800 wide.
The two areas ae split into a 15ft area on the left and a 9ft area on the right.
Please note the PVC facia boards are not included in the price and come at an additional cost.
All of our buildings are screwed together on assembly with high performance wood screws.
