30x16 pent roofed summerhouse in our tanalised 28mm loglap.

The summerhouse is 30ft wide at the front where the doors are and 16ft deep.

This summer house has our upgraded 6x2 cls framework in the roof to accommodate the 16ft span.

A standard height of 7ft 8" at the front and 6ft 8" at the back. This is our upgraded extra height option and is a requirement because of the height of the doors.

The summerhouse has x2 3.6m wide aluminium bifold doors.

All of our buildings are screwed together on assembly with high performance wood screws.

Please note the PVC facia boards are not included in the price and come at an additional cost.
