20x12 apex reverse roofed summerhouse in our tanalised 19mm T&G.
The summerhouse is 20ft wide at the front where the doors are and 12ft deep.
The roof has a 2ft canopy making the roof 14ft.
This summer house has our upgraded 4x2 cls framework in the roof which is required because of the 12ft span.
A standard height of 7ft 8" to the top of the apex and 6ft 6" to the eaves. This is our upgraded extra height option and is a requirement because of the height of the pvc doors.
The summerhouse has a 1980 x 1600 wide pvc double glazed door and x4 600 x 1500 opening pvc double glazed windows (50/50 split).
All of our buildings are screwed together on assembly with high performance wood screws.
Please note the PVC facia boards are not included in the price and come at an additional cost.
