20x12 pent roofed summer house in our tanalised 19mm T&G.
The summer house is 20ft wide at the front where the doors are and 12ft deep.
The summerhouse has a 2ft canopy making the roof 14ft.
A standard height of 7ft 8" to the front and 6ft 8" at the back. This is our upgraded extra height option which is a requirement because of the height of the pvc doors.
The summerhouse has a 1980 x 1600 wide pvc double glazed door and x4 600 x 1500 opening pvc double glazed windows.
The summer house has our upgraded 4x2 framework to accommodate the 12ft span.
All of our buildings are screwed together on assembly with high performance wood screws.
