Returns & Cancellations Policy
All of our garden buildings are manufactured to order to the customer's chosen size and specification. As these are bespoke products, they are non-returnable once manufacture has begun and we cannot accept the return of any made-to-measure goods including goods where you have provided us with incorrect measurements.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
