23x12 apex reverse roofed summerhouse in our tanalised 28mm loglap T&G.
The summerhouse is 23ft wide at the front where the doors are and 12ft deep.
The roof has a 2ft canopy making the roof 14ft.
This summer house has our upgraded 4x2 cls framework in the roof which is required because of the 12ft span.
A standard height of 7ft 8" to the top of the apex and 6ft 6" to the eaves. This is our upgraded extra height option which is a requirement because of the height of the pvc doors.
The summerhouse has a 1980 high x 1600 wide pvc double glazed door and x4 600 x 1500 opening pvc double glazed windows.
This summer house also has a partition with a 1820 high x 750 wide single PVC door to make a separate shed area.
The building is split into a 20ft area and 3ft storage area.
All of our buildings are screwed together on assembly with high performance wood screws.
