20x12 apex reverse roofed summerhouse in our tanalised 28mm loglap t&g timber.
The summerhouse is 20ft wide at the front where the doors are and 12ft deep.
This summer house has our upgraded 4x2 cls framework in the roof to accommodate the 12ft span.
A standard height of 7ft 8" at the top of the apex and 6ft 6" to the eaves. This is our upgraded extra height option and is a requirement because of the height of the doors.
The summerhouse has a 3m wide aluminium bifold door. The doors can open towards left or right to suit your needs. It also has x2 PVC opening windows.
All of our buildings are screwed together on assembly with high performance wood screws.
